As an investor, developer and realtor, Peyton knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the closing table.
In 2019, Peyton Thompson returned to Texas to focus on luxury development projects in West Austin. During his time investing with an innovative residential design-build firm, he gained invaluable, real life experience in legal documents, design, selections and all of the intricacies included in the development process. Today, Peyton is partnered with the Austin-born real estate company, Twelve Rivers Realty.
