Behind the scenes, we run your project scope through multiple subcontractors and material suppliers to price every line item competitively. This ensures you're getting the most accurate, cost-effective bid possible — without sacrificing quality or transparency.

Review

We review the proposed plan with you in a 30-minute call. This is where we align expectations, answer questions, and confirm your project goals.

Finalize Budget

Based on your feedback, we refine the bid. Once finalized, this becomes an official exhibit in your project agreement.

Agreements

We circulate clear, detailed agreements that outline the full project scope, timeline, payment milestones, subcontractor responsibilities, and any applicable warranty coverage under our services.

Once signed, your project is officially locked into our build calendar. From kickoff to closeout, you'll know exactly what to expect — with defined checkpoints, weekly updates, and a finish line backed by quality assurance and accountability.

Project Launch

A full team review happens 1 business day before kickoff. We begin work with daily communication, weekly team calls, and ongoing file updates to keep everything on track

Final Walk & Closeout

We conduct a full-team walkthrough with you on-site to review the completed work and document any remaining edits or touch-ups. Once all items are addressed, we close out the project and issue the final billing. This marks the completion of your renovation — delivered on spec, on budget, and ready for next steps.
